Room layout
Through the front door you enter a spacious living-dining room with kitchenette. In addition to the kitchenette there is a toilet / laundry room and a non-accessible, low storage room under the staircase. These stairs lead to the upper floor, where bathroom (shower, vanity, toilet) and bedroom are located with stunning views of the vineyards.
The two apartments are connected by a door upon request.
Each apartment has a private terrace with magnificent views over vineyards and the Danube river. The east-facing apartment can be accessed via the terrace of the western.
Access
The access to the apartments leads over an approximately 7m long, old stone staircase. It is steep, but well secured and lit in the dark. The access to the front of the house to unload the luggage is possible. You will find parking facilities about 30 m away in the direction of Wösendorf or about 150 m away on the Danube along the B3.
Surroundings
The historic Danube Rail Road passes right behind the premises, which is a tourist attraction during summer months (April to October) between about 10.30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m..
The distance to WIESER Wösendorf is 1500 m.
We particularly point out that due to technical & historic circumstances our apartments are not accessible for handicapped persons. The premises is not suitable for young children and children under 12. Pets of any kind and size are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
NOTE: These house rules only apply to the two flats in St. Michael for safety and liability reasons. Children are welcome in the Wösendorf complex.
